SB PAL Volleyball Leagues are open to all girls ages 10-16. Our leagues are recreational, meaning they are perfect for kids who have never played volleyball and for kids who are looking to practice fundmental skills.
All players need is a pair of closed toed shoes, shorts/pants, a shirt (we recommend short sleeves or tank top) and we recommend knee pads. After registration players will be given a shirt that will be their jersey on game day.

We are also looking for sponsors for multiple teams in our league. If you are a buisness owner or a memeber in the local community looking to help we would love your support! Sponsoring a team means your campany's/personal name will be printed on t-shirts worn at every game and displayed on our website. This season to sponsor a team will be $150, which could be made out to SB PAL in a check or cash. If you have any questions please contact us.
